baked ziti & meatballs are the best I've

enjoyed the delicious meal that you
prepared for us.  

You also have an incredible flair for
presentation.  Everything from the
twisted napkins to the gorgeous crudite
to the decoration on the buffet table was
beautifully arranged.  In addition to the
spectacular food and attractive
presentation, your personal service,
attention to detail, and hard work should
be commended.  You are the
consummate professional, and I sincerely
mean that.  I am really not in the custom
of choosing companies blindly off the
internet, but when you told me that we
would meet in person to sample the
menu, I immediately felt at ease.  Of
course, then my husband and I tasted
your samples and were even more
confident in our decision to hire J & L
Catering for our reception!  At the party
itself, you did an amazing job handling all
of the details - from setting everything up
in an under-equipped room to cutting the
cake to packing up yummy leftovers to
making and refilling the punch to
cleaning everything up at the end- it was
all perfect.  It was so nice to be able to
enjoy our party because every
detail was taken care of.
